slow R CMD check #57

Building the package now takes ~20 minutes and is running up against the time limits on CRAN. Examples/unit tests/vignette could be cleaned up to remove unnecessary examples or replace them with less costly models. Replacing auto.arima/ets/tbats models with stlm/thetam could help.

Travis builds on R-release takes around 17.5-18 minutes. Get this down to <15 and ideally <12.

Build now takes 8 minutes.
