Made it a OXID module and add composer support #22

I made it an OXID module, so it can be installed and uninstalled without touching the core directories. Also this change made it possible to add installation support via composer. Please have a look at it and tell me what you think about my changes

I'm rewriting OXID Console to be standalone application. Check out 2.0 branch.
