oxoutput object for migrations
clearcache command with support for backendcaches (e.g. memcached)
clearcache command more verbose about directory
bump version number
oxdbmigrationquery.php as base for database migrations
fixstates command can now fix new modules

Thank you for you contribution @keywan-ghadami-oxid

I will dig deeper into this merge request once I find time for that. At first look most of the stuff looks great. Just one thing that I am concerned about is introducing this oxDbMigrationQuery. What do others think about that?

There has been already a v1.2.3 release with most changes that has been introduced within this pull request. https://github.com/EllisV/oxid-console/blob/v1.2.3/CHANGELOG.md
