7 years ago I’m sorry, but don’t think this is possible within Graphviz. It seems very inconvenient, but you can probably edit the output of Graphviz using a PDF editor. You could write the text label T H I S W A Y
but it will change the layout unless you use xlabel for edges. Sorry.
