Bot does not recover from ping timeouts. #56

I haven't had a pingout yet, so I haven't been able to cover the issue. were any exceptions raised or did it just receive that message from the server?

this was the end of the log, you can see the last successful ping before it ping'd out.

We really ought to do something about this.
