Add deprication warning #69

Hi, As I understad this project is "depricated" and https://github.com/evancz/elm-syntax-highlighting and https://github.com/evancz/elm-format-on-save wil take over.

I think it would be good add a messeage on the readme.

Unless I have missunderstod. @evancz
