Adding elm-route and gjaldon as maintaner #58

Great! Some things for you to do:

delete all the tags the repo currently has
reset the elm-package.json file to 1.0.0
make sure the elm-package.json points to elm-community/elm-route

Usually, we drop the "elm-" part on these packages. However, I think route is a strange name by itself. so we'll keep it as elm-route

@eeue56 done deleting the all the repo's tags and setting the file to 1.0.0 and pointing elm-package.json to elm-community/elm-route.

Btw, should we also use elm-community/elm-combine instead of Bogdanp/elm-combine once the elm-community/elm-combine pkg is published? Also, should I go ahead and publish?
