update installation instructions #12

Hi Brian,

this is a just minor update of installation instructions to match 0.19 process. Just to make it easier for new folks to get it up and running.

NOTE: This doesn't include the change in example bookmark which is also no longer valid as HATM became default implementation of Array in 0.19

yes, there are a few things I need to update documentation-wise. Thanks for the PR!

I'm not going to merge this right away, since I'm going to update all the docs at once soon. I'll get this in then. 😄

@BrianHicks No problem! It might also make sense to do more general revision and maybe close this PR later. Do whatever is best for the quality of result ;)
