Possibility the update modules #220

We should have to possibility to type this commands:

elm-package update: it lists updates and ask you if you want to install theses updates
elm-package update X where X is the module name

Having something like this makes sense. I am tracking ideas like this separately, so I do not think having this issue open makes things more or less likely.
