Sneak preview on new time-travelling features #215

Hello Elm team,

I was wondering if it is possible to get a sneak preview on the new Elm reactor with the time-travelling features. I'm really impressed by the version of the time-travelling debugger deployed at http://debug.elm-lang.org/ but also sad because the features were removed from core/Debug. I would like to play around with it on my local machine.

Is there any possibility to have a look at the new version of the Elm reactor before it's officially released?
