people find "Did you forget to add [] around it?" confusing #296

There are a couple issues that mention that the "Did you forget to add [] around it?" hint is confusing. Just want to organize them all in one place:

Ended up removing the message. Seems like it's actively confusing in some cases, and in general, probably very rarely the real problem.
