Updated image section, but...

Figure out why the grayscale doesn't work for the GatsbySanityImageFluid (I have a chat into sanityio)
Discuss height of the image
Why the header doesn't show in the main page

Next up is the carousel, which I've imported and have the CSS added to index.js.

I think this might be ready now. I opted out of the carousel and instead was coerced into going with @Maanum 's "homegrown" project-viewer.

While it's top of mind, we need to do better with the sizing. The hero component doesn't handle this well with the button or the text.
