Completed header component with navigation elements #12 #29

Added header with navigation, including:

Placeholder Logo element
Navigation bar, automagically populated with Services from schema
Current page highlighted in nav bar
Dark color on hover in nav bar (could be improved)

Also updated index.js and added portfolio.js to test and prove out the functionality.

Minor updates to styling.
