@elmacartney - I am not quite sure - where can I find all the figures - can you share all these and add the address in our Notion doc - it only has the address for MS
I've attached the figures here. All the figs are in the figs folder in the r project connected to github as well. Will also post on notion Fig. 4_metagression_enrichment.pdf Fig. 5_metaregression_stress.pdf Fig. 6_metaregression_interaction.pdf Fig. 2_alluvial plots.pdf
@elmacartney - I know what you are talking about now
Habituation is learning! so make them learning
Okay thanks. @Losia Nakagawa-Lagisz @.***> would you be able to update this part of Fig. 2 please? Make the habituation ones under the learning category? Thanks

I will update data and metaregression
@mlagisz @itchyshin I've been looking at Fig. 1 (alluvial plots) and the meta-regression, and we currently have "habituation" as a grouping variable in both the "Learning vs Memory" moderator and the "Assay Type" moderator.
When writing the meta-regression results it seems a bit strange to have the same group in both uni-var analyses. R2 is very similar between these moderators which is due to the strong habituation response. Do you think it makes sense to remove it as a group in "learning vs memory" meta-regression and keep it under "assay type"?
Please let me know what you think makes the most sense. Removing it from learning vs memory strongly reduces R2.
