How best to visualise the difference between 4 groups #7

You can find a function file - I have added 5 different effect sizes. (https://github.com/elmacartney/EE_stress_MA/blob/main/R/functions.R)

Also in this pilot file - I put all new analyses - it is interesting to see all these 5 new analyses - in relation to the original 3 (https://github.com/elmacartney/EE_stress_MA/blob/main/R/Pilot_analysis.R)

Actually, you can combine all these into one (although I could not figure out how to change the label properly for now)

Intcpt1-5 = "EC vs CC", "CS vs CC", "ES vs CC", "ES vs EC", "ES vs CS"

As discussed, adding these will probably make it easier for main and interaction effects to be interpreted - (Losia is good at arranging figures etc so we should talk to her later - BTW, please add her to this repo - so she can contribute to the fig etc later).
