both increases for stress and EE? - not decrease for stress? - if this is an increase I would expect to see ee for lnCVR too. Maybe we may need to check the function code for lnCVR and lnVR (which you already did? - @elmacartney ?)
My apologies! I had, used the wrong effect size. There is no significant difference in variance (using lnVR or lnCVR) for stress, EE, or stress + EE Sorry

@elmacartney - could you please add orchard plots for main analyses for lnCVR and lnVR here? - for me to have a look. Today we should discuss how we should probably save some key figures in a folder or screenshots in issues for our meeting. This will facilitate our meeting rather than rerunning code during the meeting (I think saving figures for main results as you go will be a good habit to build I think).
Stress and EE significantly increase lnVR by ~5%, lnVR increases by 21% for interaction. No change in lnCVR.
