KnockoutJs: why not? #5

Thinking about the possible evolution of the dashboard towards a quite complex 
page, I thought it was a nice opportunity to experiment with KnockoutJs to see 
how it helps in mantaining complex interactive html. I quite like the result, 
the Javascript overhead is not too much (although I have to improve it), and 
the html is much cleaner. So I committed it in my clone :)

Have a look.

Pulled. 

Can't say for certain right now if it makes the HTML cleaner or not. If I look 
at the diff, it adds way more than it removes. I guess it's to be seen whether 
or not it helps to tame complexity as things build.
