More dynamic #8

I just did minor changes while showing stuff to my wife :), now there is some 
"fade in" effect that makes more clear when new errors arrive, and links open 
in a new window. I also cleaned up the javascript, there was a lot of avoidable 
redundancy which piled up while I was playing with KnockoutJS step by step, now 
it's better.
