Scrolled too far down timeline #106

When I scroll more than ~1/2 way down the 
main timeline I notice two things:
1. The further I scroll down, the slower the 
scrolling gets. Scrolling up speeds up as I get 
towards the top.
2. Clicking on show conversation will bring up a 
blank timeline. Detail view will still show the 
resulting tweets, however.

I made a lot of changes to the buffer code for v.61.  It SHOULD now tell you if 
it's
got to catch-up re-rendering.  Let me know if there's still a problem.
