sometimes the time line view will loose view of messages below the screen, 
making it
showing messages with only half of the screen & the bottom half is blank.

Could it be that it's at the bottom of the timeline?  I've got a but where it 
adds
blank space to the bottom of the list that's the same size as a status update.

i thought it was an out of memory issue, cause sometimes i get only 5 time lines
display, but the real problem is when i try to scroll down the focus on time 
lines at
the bottom sometimes misses & eventually the you won't see the last 1 or 2 time 
lines
from the list.
