Hangup when uploading images

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. take a photo with mobile device
2. attach it to a status update and post it to twitter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the image being uploaded and the status being posted.

Instead the screen freezes for minutes and sometimes never recovers; tweet
is not successful most times. Needed to abort PoketTwit after 10 Minutes
hangup - one time even to reboot the device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 39 on an o2 xda orbit 2 (HTC Touch Polaris) wm 6.0

Confirmed same problem WM6, Samsung BJ I, Pocketwit 0.39
