Confirm before Following/Stop Following

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Accidentally hit "Stop Following" and not notice.
2. Never get updates from that person again.
3. Become sad.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be great to have a simple confirmation before following or not
following a user.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Pocketwit 0.42 on Sprint Mogul WM6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
