Future Enhancement: Different Color Text or Background for Replies & DMs #74

It would be nice if something offset replies and DMs.  As much as I like
the reply avatars, I don't use them because they seem sluggish.  

It would be nice, to have something like different color text or a
different color background color for replies and DMs when reply avatars are
not used.  If the reply avatars are used, it's business as usual.

Just an idea...
