Avatar Cache Not Clearing? #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Standard & High Quality Avatars looked the same.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Better quality avatars.  Lower quality avatars.  :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.51 WM6

Please provide any additional information below.

A little bit back there was an issue where lower quality avatars and higher
quality avatars were reversed in the options.  I think it was 0.49 or 0.50.
 Since you attempted to repair it, there has been no change in state when I
toggled this option.  I selected to clear the cache, but I don't think it
was doing it.  When I manually deleted the directory, my HQ avatars returned.

It's possible this is only isolated to me, but who knows.
