Special Characters Display Incorrectly In Detailed View

I didn't see this posted and it's been around for quite awhile... I just
have ignored the issue, but that's not the point of what you want.  Sorry.

Special characters, for some reason, don't appear correctly in detailed view.

I'm not sure of all the characters, but I know <, >, and & get choked on. 
They show up lt; , gt; , and _.  I tested / \ % ! @ ( ) + - # ^ [ ] { } | "
' : ; and they all worked fine.

As I find more, I'll post them here.

I believe this only occurs when the text has been automatically translated to 
your
native language.  Is that the case?

Yeah, me too.  Translation is off.  I'm running it on a Smartphone.
