Joystick not active when swiping on the screen first

Hello I am trying to use the joystick component from React Joystick Component as part of my Three js game project, i wanted to know how can i possibly make the joystick active, even if i am swiping first from one finger on the window and then trying to access joystick from other finger at the same time.. like we do in shooting games

I wanted to know if this feature is there in the library yet or not , and if yes how do i access it .
