Update Deployment instructions #133

I did the ElmBridge Tutorial today and noticed that the instructions for the last step seem a bit off.

The instructions say to compile Main.elm but that file does not exist in the project repo.

I also added a bit more description for the part where the project is compressed and uploaded because that seemed very short.
