I needed to reset master to an older commit.

Because v4, isn't ready to be publish (Elmish 3.0 is in standbye).

And because of that this PR was included older changes. I cherry picked the revelant changes and included then in https://github.com/elmish/hmr/commit/cb26c5388d4451442a1d529a96853dbf9a75258a
