Update browser example #47

Just a small change, but as a total newbie I found it quite confusing and struggled quite a bit to get it working. Well, mostly because I had to learn paket and ionide as well :)

Thanks for the effort, but I'm going to decline this:

If you read the contributor guidelines, you'll see that we ask that you open an issue first.
this is v3 branch, which will stay on v3 elmish dependency
v4 is being worked on in the master and I'm updating the build tooling there myself.

Sorry about the guildelines, I didn't notice there was some until after creating the PR.

The example is still broken for the current 3.x though: I will open an issue later
