Get tests working with 'dotnet test'

@tforkmann Thanks for the tests. Tim, a couple of observations:

• /s are separators that are discarded before the parser even starts, see #20 to see if there's anything useful there
• looking at the code, "" treatment in path seems a bit weird - we're discarding the 1st one, but not the rest

Your stack trace shows "parseParams", which makes me think you had "?"... and nothing past it?
