implement dropdown menu under profile from comp #43

menu has listing of options that are relevent to our blurring the lines between the hax app and haxcms options. This means some of these assets will need to either tie into that store or we just replicate the assets here and then when the time comes, actually move them over there to be leveraged as well.

I did some intentionally very rough work on this for the time being
