wire haxcms index up to the new app via global endpoints #59

41 and #58 contingent but we're at about this point in our testing journey.

actually wire these up to the buttons as opposed to the current modal that then just makes a sound. Also make the vercel based ones send back the appropriate response so we can do the toast
