Feature: Add Dockerfile #20

Hello there,

It would be nice to add a Dockerfile to avoid the overhead of installing the tool on every different OS. It "might" need some work but I think it checks out for now. I have added a Dockerfile (as tiny as possible, only 53 MB) and a short description on the README.md

Let me know if you have any thoughts and we can discuss, I really like the tool and would like to help you improving it :)
