Currently, there is no way to delete a collection which has a note or another child collection. Need a way to move collections around.
Intended Outcome
Looking for a way to re-organize collections to create better groupings as the number of collections grows. Collections might also need to be "pinnable" to provide quick access as the number of collections grows to larger numbers.

Similar to the way notes are moveable and pinnable.
