Add id to delete row button #130

First of all thank you for the creation of this good plugin currently it has helped me a lot to make dynamic tables with django.

I have a query as serious to add to the delete button by row an id that increases its value as has each field of a formset when adding a row.

I hope you can help me thank you very much.
