Reconsider statues SM used for node. IMO, it is incomplete/doesn't cover all starting/stopping cases #34

Need to think about node state machine more carefully. Probably need more statuses like, stopping, to support case like failure during stop, etc. Need to analyze and provide a doc/change implementation.

Fixed. Now statuses are:

idle - node is inactive and not scheduled to start;
starting - node is starting or scheduled to start;
running - node is started and running;
stopping - node is scheduled to stop;
reconciling - node is in unknown state, reconciliation is in progress;
