Rearrange npc-paths to fit the new concept of zones #429

In order to exploit the new concept of zones (#428) we want to rearrange the current paths to adapt to the actions on this zones. See #428 examples.

Tested, the routes are loaded and parsed as old format routes were loaded. The difference is that now routes works over closed zones not overall map.
