Make NPC can win when reaching to limit points. As the same as Player, it will modify the C# code GameManager.

Estimated Time: 1 Hour

Test Conditions: The NPCs (and the full-IA group) can win reaching the limit of points (800).

This issue will be done on devel-issue-451. A semi-task of #451

@LynosSorien Tanco l'issue encara que al final no seran 800 punts per guanyar, seran 1000. Molt bé :+1:
