This PR includes these improvements for the TLF assemble chapter:

Use standard phrasing and formatting: ".docx files"
Normalized keyboard shortcut style following r-pkgs.org
Microsoft Words -> Microsoft Word
type -> press
Minor grammatical fixes
Remove trailing whitespaces
