Switch to DHCP based IP address assignment for cluster nodes using MAC based reserved IP addresses in DHCP server
Bump dependencies
Bump sbt to 1.4

Looks good to me. Perhaps need to mention new akka-pi-os-dhcp.yml file in docs

True! I plan to do an update of the docs: I recently ran the workshop for a group of students, and it's clear that the docs need some attention.
