Looks like the glory era is over!

I'm running stock Chrome on Ubuntu 19.10. When I clicked the extension to start scraping my data

Quora not loading via Freestuff

Unfortunately this is a known issue with the Quora plugin. Quora redesigned its feed under the hood a while ago, making it very difficult to parse reliably. I'll take one final stab at trying to get it to work again this weekend, and if that doesn't do it, I'll have to disable Quora support for now. :(

Made some good progress today and have been able to locally get at least answer count and answer extraction working again. Still a lot of quirks of the new formatting to work through. Will continue to poke and update this issue when there's further news.

OK, I'm successfully able to download again, though it's likely to be pretty fragile. For now we're at the mercy of Google's review process for the extension update, which has also been a bit of a gauntlet lately. I'll post an update if/when the new version is available.

The new version is live. If you're running 0.6.2, try it again -- it's definitely still brittle, but here's proof of a successfully downloaded answer set: https://freeyourstuff.cc/view/quora/5f4e84a9b64665ef04de936f

Many good greetings Erik,

Unfortunately the extension choked for me after gathering about 130 of my 504 answers. Details in this YouTube video (for demonstrations purposes only; privacy unlisted).
