URL Not Accepted #203

Matrix.to URLs are not allowed in reviews, for example https://matrix.to/#/#politics:matrix.org

Ouch, that's annoying. Will fix, thanks for the report.

Fix deployed, please let me know if you see this issue again (URLs with multiple #.. fragments should now be accepted on the client and the server.)
