Set description based on OSM query #207

if there is no Wikidata link, it would be nice to query OSM and automatically fetch a description that would look like "bar in San Diego", or something of the sort.

As a reminder and for those unaware of it, while you could definitely generate an element description from it, OpenStreetMap’s IDs aren’t meant for long term storage.
