Smarter default configuration when using Composer config

[x] Infer output path by inspecting source paths. Use whatever the "primary" source path is, with a suffix of -typhoon.
[x] Infer validator namespace by inspecting Composer-autoloaded namespaces. Use whatever the "primary" namespace is, with a suffix of \TypeCheck.
[ ] Infer whether to use native callable based upon Composer PHP version requirement. If greater than or equal to PHP 5.4, then true, otherwise false.
