Can you please make a landing page for the COVID portion? Just have "Coming soon" and include the same text that is used to describe the COVID portion on the landing homepage.
Also, the re-directs would need to be fixed for both the homepage and menu. From the homepage, when you click "Read more" below COVID portion, it should direct to the coming soon page. Same with when you clivk "COVID-19" in the menu
