feature_image and image #14

I'm using Ghost 3 and it seems to use feature_image instead of image for the url of the feature image, so I added support for both variables.

It seems that it is breaking a test case and there is no test for this case.

To solve this, could you provide a sample backup file using feature_image (I'm not using ghost anymore), the best would be if you could add a test case based on a (simplified) backup of what you already have (the backup file you were trying to import).
