Add colab notebook to vignette #101

This Colab notebook by @liesenf provides a way to turn an EAF file into a talkr-readable csv.

Should be mentioned as one route people can take to start playing with their own data. In workflow.Rmd (the main vignette) or possibly in a separate vignette about data handling, formats, etc.
