Updates fro Django2 including unittests #27

This add the on_delete parameter needed by django 2.0, and djaust the files a little bit so the tests also run under django 2 and and django 1.11

Awesome work, thanks. I'm not using this project anymore but I'm happy to maintain it as long as it's a community project.

It would be nice to have tests running on Travis too but I'm probably asking too much :)
