Fixed issue with autoclose and added support for custom Mod folder

This seems not to work if active="false" in gamesettings.xml. Furthermore, moddir.vbs should be launched from %TEMP%. I´m reverting this for now because lack of time for a fix...

yes. i've forgot to change it back to %TEMP% but there is also one more problem that it does not read paths with spaces. Need to look into that too.
