Updates to support negative temperature reads #3

I modified the pcsensor.c to accommodate negative temperature reads based of code from another binary project from SSLLabs (Comments included in my file). I tested this with a raspberry pi and a single probe so it could use another set of eyes. I wanted to include this into your master if it works fine for you.
